ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has been cleaned - facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition - Rodent droppings have been removed - Paper towels have been installed - Chlorine solution in three compartment sink at concentrations greater than or equal to 200ppm NOTE: Final item remaining is to repair the leak in the waste pipe of handsink in back area. Plumber has inspected and pipe needs to be replaced. Staff informed EHO the pipe will be replaced tonight or tomorrow.
