Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CLHR3X).

Findings:
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- All food products were properly covered either with lid or food grade material. Good.
- Deep cleaning has been conducted behind stand up freezer.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher was in good working order and 100ppm chlorine residual noted during rinse cycle. Staff demonstrated steps for measuring concentration of bleach.
- New sanitizer spray bottles are in place.
- Staff onsite have completed FOODSAFE Level 1 course (Exp Nov 26, 2027).
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date. Good.
- Chest freezer lid was fixed with sticky tape.
Please do not use sticky tape as it could collect dirt/food debris and can harbour bacteria on its surface. Replace it with smooth, impervious and easy to clean surface by January 31, 2023.
