Routine inspection: production of rations and prepackaged water for emergency kits.

Dry ingredients are stored in the warehouse in moveable totes with lids. Other dry products are stored on pallets.
Pest control services in place.
Kitchen for making rations and room for packaging water is clean and organized.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Ration ingredients are weighed, mixed, baked, cooled, compressed into bars then packaged. Moisture content in the 3 to 7%.
Water is ozonated then packaged. Total coliform and E. coli. tested on each batch.
Both products are given 5 year expiries.
