Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
3 compartment sink on site
Spray bottle of QUATS under grill measured 400ppm

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
Proper thawing procedure observed; recommended to keep sanitizer line out of sink defrosting is taking place in (defrosting in plastic pail in sink compartment)
Most products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
