Corrective Action(s): This is an ongoing issue. The restaurant will be ticketed the next time sanitizer solution is not made at the start of the day.
SANITIZER SOLUTION MUST BE MADE AT THE START OF THE DAY BEFORE FOOD PREPARATION AND ALL COUNTERS SANITIZED WITH SANITIZER SOLUTION THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
DO NOT use water rags to sanitize counters.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some thawing items thawing at room temperature - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Frozen items moved to cooler unit and some cold water was added to buckets.

Corrective Action(s): Although some items were thawing properly in cold water filled buckets others were not. Ensure consistency. Thaw all frozen items at 4 degrees Celsius.

- Receipts available on site NOTE: Shellfish tags on site during inspection. Ensure shellfish tags are kept on site.

TWO CORRECTION ORDERS ISSUED:
1) Lack of Sanitizer solution at facility (Violation of Section 17 Food Premises Regulation)
2) Improper storage of potentially hazardous food items (Violation of Section 14 Food Premises Regulation)
Future Repeat Violations will result in FINES/TICKETS
