Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated August 16, 2023 there were 7 children and three staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with the manager and a copy of this report will be emailed to the manager.
The following were discussed:
Implementing a system to have casual staff qualifications on site (files are currently in the main office).
