- Sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm (Quats)
- Dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine to dish surface, detected after rinse cycle
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Hot holding units were not in use at time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining temperatures at 60C or hotter.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage areas satisfactory.
