A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- 3 coolers storing non-perishable foods (nuts, chocolate, flavoring) the temperatures ranged from 2C-8C and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold present.
- Quats sanitizer used to sanitize equipment, strength was 200ppm.
- Alcohol sanitizer used on hands after hand washing.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Abell monitors monthly and in summer months they visit every 15 days.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves and pallets.
- All foods stored in groups (wheat, nuts, soy, etc.); 6" off the floor on pallets or racks; and in covered, food grade containers.
- Facility is HACCP certified, and registered with CFIA.
- No expired food ingredients observed. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order. |
