- Hand sink in re-packaging area was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Hand sink in staff washroom was also properly supplied - Two-compartment sink was maintained in sanitary condition - Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. Ensure solution is always available for use whenever repackaging is being done. - Walk-in cooler was measured to be below 4C - Walk-in freezer was measured to be below -18C **Ensure to defrost ice build-up by door and fans of freezer on a regular basis. - No rodent droppings were seen at time of inspection - Pest control in place. Activity reported in May 2018 pest control report - Ensure to follow pest control operator's recommendations to prevent pest entry. - No pigeons or other birds were seen in warehouse at time of inspection - Ensure bay doors stay closed as much as possible.
