Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less (main deli area, store floor coolers, and shared cooler)
- Walk in freezer at -17 degrees C.
- Hot holding at 60 degrees C or more (including store floor deli hot holding--soups, rotisserie)/temperature and discard logs maintained
- Food is protected from contamination
- High temperature dishwasher was measured at 75 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles
- Three compartment sink equipped with built in drain plugs
- Stored utensils/equipment in sanitary condition. Timers are in use for in-use equipment/utensils (no changes from last inspection). Deli slicers are disassembled before being cleaned and sanitized.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff hand washing and glove use satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Daily temperature and sanitation logs are maintained
