Food Store: Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C. Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C. Pest control program via Rentokil was in place and is serviced monthly. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of the inspection. Upright cooler was at or below 4 degrees C. Walk-in-freezer was at or below -18 degrees C. Walk-in-cooler was at 4 degrees C. COVID 19 inspection was completed and the COVID 19 inspection checklist is forwarded to the operator.
