Staff stated it was cleaned once a week. A more frequent cleaning schedule will be needed. Grease build up can potentially be an attractant to pests. Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #252295 Equipment in storage area observed to be clean during inspection Staff stated cutting boards are cleaned and sanitized with bleach solution every two hours No spoons/scoops observed in spice containers at time of inspection Cabinetry and handles observed to be clean at time of inspection Bleach stored in white labelled container behind POS system; measured to be 100ppm chlorine Chlorine test strips available on site to ensure proper mix Cloth towel dispenser observed beside front hand washing sink. Please remove.
