Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.

Temperature control
- Proper cooling procedure was discussed in details with the operator. Obtaining ice wand in order to cool "butter sauce" and "Tarka" " Cooked onions and oil" were recommended.Please update your food safety plan regarding cooling process for foods that are cooked in advance.
- Ensure to send updated cooling procedure to your health inspector.
- Food temperature in all coolers is at or below 4C
- All freezers are at or below -18C

General sanitation
- Floors are clean and well maintained.
- Food in the kitchen is stored off the floor. Please ensure that food stored in the walk-in cooler is off the floor as well. All food must be covered and protected from contamination.
- Three-compartment sink is maintained.
- Chlorine solution in buckets measured at 100ppm concentration. Good!

Reminder: Ensure to clean soot and dust above the cook line/ oven. Clean the ventilation grate above the oven hood.

No obvious sign of pest at this date.
