Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAFT6E:

Code 304: Rodent droppings were removed in areas noted. Floor was cleaned with bleach solution as per operator. The two most recent pest control reports were not available. Operator to send the two most recent reports to EHO. Continue to monitor for pest activity, provide effective control measures and clean and sanitize the affected areas regularly.

Code 308: High temperature dishwasher was checked twice at 68C and 71C. Wash temperature was 60C for both cycles and rinse temperatures were 82C and 90C. Operator instructed to use a dishwasher safe thermometer to check the maximum temperature of every cycle and keep records of the temperatures. If temperature does not meet requirement, rerun the dishwashing cycle. Correction Order rescinded.
