Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sinks was full of fish that was stored there overnight to thaw. The water was not running at the time of the inspection. The internal temperature of the fish was 15 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded and adulterated with bleach. Discontinue this practice immediately. Thaw in the walk in cooler OR under cold, running water for a short period of time. The internal temperature of the fish must not exceed 4 degrees Celsius.

Observation: Old rat droppings found in the storage room. Also, a box had chew marks on it.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings today with a bleach solution. Remove the box that has chew marks on it.
A pest control company comes on site and the receipt was viewed during the inspection.

Observation: Back door was open during the inspection. No screen was installed on the door.
Corrective Action(s): Install a screen within 2 weeks to prevent flies and other pests from entering through the back door.
