Follow up inspection to PDHL-CKZVQ3 All violations from previous inspection were corrected: - Food storage practices were good; all food items were protected against contamination and all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - All lighting units were operational and covered - Hand sink near the kitchen entrance was repaired - Operator sent email regarding registration for FOODSAFE level 1 - General sanitation and cleanliness of the facility was good - Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
