Routine inspection conducted alongside kitchen manager - All handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap,paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers (walk-in, prep, bar, and stand) are at or below 4C. Storage is good - Freezer units are at satisfactory temperatures - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine at plate level. Test strips available - QUAT sanitizer in buckets with cloth are at 200ppm - Dry storage is good - Bar area was maintained in a sanitary manner - Glass washer achieves 12.5ppm Iodine - test strips available and staff are aware of how to test - Ice machine and ice holding are maintained in a sanitary manner. Scoops are stored appropriately - No signs of pest activity Overall, facility is well maintained
