- General sanitation is good.
- Hand-sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single use paper towels.
- Walk in cooler at 3.5 C.
- One front display cooler at 4.0 C.
- Freezer at -20 C.
- High temp dishwasher at 75.6 C.
- Surface sanitizer spray at 200 ppm Quats (front & prep. area).
- Storage - organized and all food items stored off the floor..
- 2 -compartment sink - satisfactory.
- Prep. sink - satisfactory a pin is available).
- Staff washroom in sanitary condition and supplied with liquid soap, paper towels;hot/cold running water.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection.

Second front display cooler at 12 C at the time of inspection. This display cooler is used for shelf-stable products only (same as per the previous inspections/and discussions with the operator).
