Observation: (1) Fluorescent light just above the chest freezers in the back area is uncovered and unprotected. If the bulbs are accidentally bumped they could break and possibly contaminate food.
(2) Three knives found stored between the pages of a magazine. Magazines are not intended for food equipment storage and cannot be easily cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): (1) Cover lights to protect them and to contain glass in the event they shatter. Due: Sept 22, 2017
(2) Magazine removed during inspection and placed in an appropriate storage area.

Observation: Shelves across from chest freezers in back area have not been resurfaced or covered to make them easily cleanable. Shelf surface is crumbling and small pieces of wood are flaking loose. *this was noted in the last inspection*
