Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C4VN6Z:

- Chopped and prepared vegetables stored in insert containers inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- Handwashing station was made easily accessible. There were no cooking equipment inside the sink.
- Tongs at self serve station were in clean condition. Tongs were stored in clean insert containers and were being cleaned/sanitized after each use.
- Surface sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Detergent stored in properly labeled bottle.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Keep copies of all FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. At min one FOODSAFE trained staff must be working at all times. This will be verified routinely.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers/freezers. Template provided via email.
