304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on floor underneath the ice bin used to store prepackaged salads/fruits and in the back storage room as shown at this time. Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have droppings removed daily and affected areas sanitized as discussed at this time. The most recent pest control report to be emailed to the health inspector. Violation Score: 3

Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - Food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Tools in drawers maintained in sanitary condition. - General sanitation level satisfactory. NOTE: It was observed that some parts of flooring were peeling off (i.e. in front of walk-ins/around pillars). Ensure to have them repaired/replaced to facilitate ease of cleaning and avoid any potential tripping hazards. No signature required due to Covid-19.
