Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on floor underneath the ice bin used to store prepackaged salads/fruits and in the back storage room as shown at this time. Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have droppings removed daily and affected areas sanitized as discussed at this time. The most recent pest control report to be emailed to the health inspector.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Tools in drawers maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation level satisfactory.

NOTE: It was observed that some parts of flooring were peeling off (i.e. in front of walk-ins/around pillars). Ensure to have them repaired/replaced to facilitate ease of cleaning and avoid any potential tripping hazards. No signature required due to Covid-19.
