Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer at -13C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 73C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Sanitizer dispenser mounted above the dishwashing sink and the concentration was measured to be within acceptable limits (272 ppm to 700 ppm DDBSA and 704 ppm to 1875 ppm lactic acid).
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- Permit available onsite.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
