Inside of cooler unit shelves are rusting and require repainting/resurfacing.

- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 71 (71) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Back door closed during inspection and tight fitting
- FOODSAFE level on or equivalent Certified staff present during inspection

NOTE: Facility is not in operation currently due to Management changes.

NOTE: Facility is under new management. Name change. Application for name change submitted to FHA. No changes for ownership. New Menu and Food safety plan submitted and approved by FHA. Facility will be making soup in Richmond facility (see email exchanges for more details) and transported via cold storage. Food items are then stored at facility in cold storage and reheated as ordered on site.

NOTE: Cold storage transportation inspected today. Facility is using a plug in freezer unit. Temperatures upon arrival of vehicle were -18 degrees Celsius as verified by EHO. Unit was plugged into vehicle. No objections to methods of transportation

NOTE: Some renovations occurred. Under counter sushi coolers removed from front area and partition added to space. Floorplans provided. No objections to remodel of facility other that material (see violation above).
