Observation: Opened dry goods (ie. dry vermicelli, rice, etc) are still noted storing on shelving rack.
Corrective Action(s): Once opened from original sealed package, transfer dry goods to food grade containers.

Observation: Frying pan (2) still noted at back hallway.
Corrective Action(s): Remove frying pans as facility is not approved to cook foods with grease laden vapor (besides using the deep fryer).

Comments

The following items have been observed:
-->No potentially hazardous foods noted at room temperature
-->Raw proteins are stored below ready to eat items in coolers
-->In use utensils are stored in empty containers
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition
-->Cardboard is removed around deep fryer
-->Ceiling tile is now in place above chest freezer

Note:
1. A violation ticket is issued for facility on Failure to process food in safe manner.
2. Reviewed current menu with operator. Operator has added menu items on menu since approval (November 2021). Due to size of facility and history on hazard rating at routine inspections, facility is not allowed to add menu items at this time. Remove additional menu items added from menu.
