A routine inspection was completed: - Walk-in-keg cooler was 4C; bar coolers 4C; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had 200ppm strength. - General sanitation level is good. - Little to no fruit/drain flies observed. Good job, continue to follow all recommendations made by your pest technician to eliminate pests. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks or pallets. - Valid, FoodSafe level 1 staff present or they possess a recognized equivalent certificate. - Glasswasher still not in working order. Glasses are washed and sanitized in "Outtake" dishwasher until the glasswasher is fixed. - The 2 taps in the bar area no longer leak. - No signs of pests found in the premises.
