Observation: Flooring throughout kitchen and bar area has been removed due to pipe burst several months ago, Currently it is rough concrete that cannot be cleaned and food has already soaked into it.
Corrective Action(s): Flooring that is smooth, impervious and easily cleanable must be installed by April 30/18
