- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Two functional sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine in spray bottles and 200ppm QUAT at both the dispensing units


NOTE: Increase number of rodent traps. Only 2 paper traps found at facility. These traps are easily rendered useless when soaked with water from mopping. Obtain adequate number of snap traps. or tin cans. AT LEAST one in the dry storage area and one in the prep area.

NOTE: label all sanitizer bottles and cleaning bottles to indicate what chemical is inside
