Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CTQTYF for outstanding violations Observations: - General sanitation has improved - Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface - Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Glass display cooler at 3'C - Bleach sanitizer in pails (X2) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - Chlorine test strips available on site - No signs of pests during inspection Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
