Bleach solution must be at 100 ppm until sanitizer dispenser is fixed.
Sanitizer dispenser to be serviced by tech.

Hand sink in the back was blocked and not easily accessible.

Do not store anything in the hand sink basin. This sink is a designated hand wash station only.

Observation:
Sweater and other personal items found on the shelf where pizza boxes are stored.
Corrective Action(s):
Designate a tote for storing purses, sweater and other personal items
These items must be kept away from food storage and food preparation area.

Observation:
Some clutter in the back area and hand sink and counter top near the front service counter was untidy.
Corrective Action(s):
Declutter in the back area (organize for ease of cleaning).
Clean/sanitize the counter top with the hand sink (this counter top is not a food preparation area but still require to be cleaned.
