Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Shelf above 2 compartment sink painted. Back storage area organized. Screen door in place. New tiles installed around stoves/fryers The following corrections are still required: Clean all food containers. Clean dust laden ceiling tiles. Note: Food safety plan reviewed onsite.
