Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator did not have bleach solution made up from today or during lunch service. Food prep surfaces have visible food stains and need cleaning and sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): Make sanitizer and immeditely clean and sanitize food surfaces and especially before dinner food prep. Corrected during inspection. Sanitizer made 200ppm bleach solution.
