Routine Inspection: - Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - All temperatures met health requirements: Coolers (walk-in, pizza prep, under-counters, beverages) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Freezers (chest and standup) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius. - Concentration of bleach sanitizer in bucket and spray bottle = 200 ppm. Reminder to store wiping cloth inside sanitizer solution. - 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available. - Bleach available to sanitize dishes for manual warewashing. - Washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Screen door for back exit has a secured mesh to prevent pest entry. - Pest control in place.
