- Received: App, Incorporation docs, FS1 cert, FSP, SP plans.
- Cheque (#0101) rec'd for permit fee in the sum of $87.51
- Hand wash stations supplied w/hot/cold water, soap, paper towels
- Refrigerator temps </=4C with exception of the beverage cooler ~ 10C
* Do not store any potentially hazardous foods inside the beverage cooler
- Freezer temp (walk in) satisfactory
- Dishwasher (low-temp) is providing >50ppm chlorine residual
* Ensure to obtain test papers from dishwasher supplier and check chlorine levels daily
- Chlorine sanitizer solution (spray bottles) are >/=100ppm conc
- General sanitation satisfactory
* Ensure to maintain with regular cleaning schedule, as grease/oil vapour will accumulate on surfaces over time
* Recommend having a professional cleaning company perform deep-cleaning of surfaces on a regular basis (eg. monthly)
* Recommend maintaining a pest control service contract with a professional company to prevent pest activity
