Comments

Following corrective actions have been taken by the operator
-Decline noted in the smells around the grease trap and in the hallway leading to the owner's office. A plumber was called in to look
into the issue and he stated the smells are resulting due to worn out gasket of the grease trap's lid. The perimeter around the lid
has been sealed with a tape. Recommended replacing the gasket. Reseal the area with more stronger tape.
-Walk in cooler has been cleaned
-All beer kegs and beverage kegs have been removed from the staff washroom
-Toilet in the staff washroom is now operational.
-Mop buckets are now stored in the staff washroom.
-Floor has been cleaned in the kitchen including underneath and behind the steam table.


Following items still require your attention and require addressing ( By March 13, 2020).

1. Clean and dedorize the floor around the grease trap and in the hallway( By March 10, 2020)
2. Sewer back up smells noticed near the owner;s office and flour storage area. You must get a licensed plumber to determine
the source of the smells and repair any drainage issue. Inspect the grease trap and clean if necessary. ( immediately).
3. The door to the staff washroom must remain closed at all times.
4. Clean the walls of the walk-in cooler thoroughly (By March 10, 2020).
5. The sub floor found be wet and some tiles broken near owner' office. Address the source of moisture and replace broken tiles.

* Do not store mops and mop buckets and brooms etc, near food preparation or dishwashing areas.
