Observation: 1. Two frying pans hanging on the wall with the pan area in direct contact with the base board of the wall.
2. Mildew obsesved on the platic plate inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize the aforementioned frying pan. Do not store any food equipment or utensils close to the base board as these areas are easily contaminated. Corrected during inspection.
2. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Develop a sanitation plan for the ice machine. Correct by: Immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two sanitizing spray bottles measured with 100 ppm quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the two sanitizing spray bottles with 200 ppm quats solution. Ensure test strips are available for verify the concentration of the quats sanitizer.

Observation: Preparation cooler near the deep fryer lacked an accurate thermometer.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain and store an accurate thermometer inside the preparation cooler for temperature verification. Correct by: Dec, 4, 2019.

- Meat slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products were organized.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
