Observation: Dishwasher is leaking and is not in use at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Repair person was called last night after staff noticed machine leaking. While staff are waiting for dishwasher to be repaired, 3-compartment sink method will be used for dishwashing. Discussed how much bleach and water to use in sanitize sink, and how long to soak for (100-200ppm, soak for 2 minutes)
