Comments

- Prep table cooler which was not operational (noted in previous routine inspection report) has been replaced with a new cooler
- All coolers operating at 4C or colder
- Stainless freezer -16C
- Ice cream freezer -21C
- Hot dogs in hot holding unit were held at a safe temperature (>60C)
- Handwashing sinks (front and back) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse temperature measured 76C at dish surface.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- No signs of pest activity noted
- Staff on duty completed Foodsafe level 1 refresher
Note: Tap at 2 compartment sink is leaking. Tap is still functional. Food Services Supervisor this will be repaired.
