Comments

-Ensure that any gaps underneath the bay door is sealed completely. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm. Pest control comes on site monthly, report viewed during the inspection. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
