Routine inspection:
- Coolers (sandwich, stand-up) maintained at 4C or less.
- All freezers functional.
- Hand washing station at 2 compartment sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71.0C after three runs. 71C is the minimal requirement and recommended to have a technician service the dishwasher to increase the final rinse temperature.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
