- Outstanding permit fee has been paid. - Spoke to operator - operator has set up a time-tracking system and sheet for hot-held pizza slices, however staff still need to be trained. Please ensure all staff are trained on how to use the time-tracking sheet. - Liquid soap and paper towel supplier will be changing as of October 1st. New dispensers at hand sinks will be installed. *Reminder that at any time, at least one person onsite must hold a valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate (or equivalent). Please email a copy of this certificate for your regular employees to the health inspector.
