Observation: Observation: 1) Dishwasher during inspection was broken and not in use (probed at 45.6C).
2) One fixture during inspection had a broken tap.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: 1) Ensure to repair the dishwasher and that staff are trained to use it (71C requirement).
2) Repair the broken tap on the fixture. ~ Staff to use 2-compartment sink and sanitize dishes in a separate food grade container.
