Hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (bleach) available at 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and prep line cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C.
Timer for holding pizza up to date and closely monitored.
Temperature log was available but missing several days for this week.
-New log implemented from Head Office. Ensure to start recording temperature on the new logs.
Staff hygiene - clean apron/uniform. Hair must be properly restraint.
Washroom was clean and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation of the premises was in satisfactory condition.
No signs of pests noted. Spring/summer season - ensure there is effective control measures for flies, etc.
