Routine inspection was conducted and the following observations were made:

- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk-in cooler at 4C
* Pizza prep cooler at 4C or below
* Chest freezers at -15C
* Hot holding unit maintaining food temperatures at >60C
- Thermometers available for monitoring temperatures
- Chlorine sanitizer solution is available, 100ppm concentration bleach solution
- Three compartment sink available for dishwashing, sink plugs available
- All food products kept at least 6" off the floor
- No evidence of pest activity during time of inspection
- Operator has a valid Foodsafe Level One Certificate. (Expires April 2019)
