Front service area including under Unox oven station much cleaner. Build up of food debris removed, and HVAC vent area cleaned.
Dish sink and food storage room much cleaner. Under freezers cleaned. Areas around and under beverage syrups much cleaner and better organized.
Back chemical and mop sink area much cleaner. Shelving unit removed in favour of more accessible shelf unit. Floor wall interface caulked to limit ant movements.
Slushy/Polar pop station cleaner. Discussed with operator. They will confirm whether wood supports on floor can be removed. If not, clean, paint and seal gap so no syrups can migrate under wood.
Pest Control just visited and have begun action to control ants from source. Also know about wood mites and will return to provide controls.
**Note: Polar pop machine is down and not working. Small drip observed in back of unit. Make sure water leak is eliminated, but also cleaned up and area dried after unit is serviced.
