Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mold noted on cover plate inside ice machine
Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice, clean and sanitize the ice machine ensure to sanitize under the plate as well -manager started the process at time of visit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap and paper towel dispensers in staff washroom were empty at time of visit

Comments

-Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel except the noted one ( staff washroom)
- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C and under
- All freezers temperature at -18 degree C and under
- Hot holding units temperature at 60 degree C and above
- 3 compartment sink available
-High temp dishwasher temp >71 oC at plaate
- Chlorine in sanitizer bucket measured at 100 ppm
*Discussed storing wiping rags in a bucket of sanitizer after use ( rinse and store)- provide small bucket of sanitizer at each food prep.
-No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection

* Discussed cleaning and organizing the back ( mechanical room) and a better cleaning for hard to reach areas.

-Submit an action plan to prevent noted issues ( violaiton code and* item) to the area inspector via email fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then Friday Jan 13-2022
