Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Pizza cutter stored hanging on the splash guard of the sink in the front area.
2. Bulk food scoops stored inside bulk food container. Scoop handles were in direct contact with food.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize the pizza cutter. Do not store any equipment at or near areas where potential contamination could occur.
2. Clean and sanitize the scoops. Store scoops separately from the bulk food in their own clean containers or ensure the scoops are stored upright so the handles are not in contact with the bulk food.
