General observations:
- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Two compartment sink for manual warewashing available
- Bleach surface sanitizer measured to be 100ppm
- Hot holding units (cooked meats and rice) measured to maintain a temperature of 60C or more
- All coolers (standing and prep coolers) measured to be 4C or less. Food in inserts used up or discarded within four hours.
- All freezers measured to be -18C or less
- No pest activity detected
- Washrooms observed to be in sanitary condition
- Staff observed to be using and replacing gloves during food handling
- Premises observed to be in sanitary condition
- Staff presented valid and current FoodSafe Level I certificate during inspection (valid until 2023)

Note:
1) Ensure that pizza dough thawed under refrigeration instead of at room temperature
2) Ensure that temperature logs are documented twice per day for the coolers and freezers
