Observation: Mouse droppings noted along walls near grease trap. Droppings appear to be from past issues.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and monitor for any current activity. Pest Control contract in place. Catch traps present.

Observation: Spills noted on floor on wall in back area where soft serve machines are pushed up against the wall.

Observation: Operator not present. The only staff member on duty has not completed Foodsafe Level 1.

-General sanitation is satisfactory aside from area in front of ice cream machines (noted above)
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Walk-in cooler was 3C
-Walk-in freezer was -19C
-Small under counter cooler was 4C
-Display freezer (empty) was -11C
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available from dispenser at 3 compartment sink
-Sterasheen cleaner/sanitizer present for cleaning soft serve machines. Machines are cleaned weekly.
-Candy/chocolate stored in pest proof bins. Food stored off of the floor on shelving.
