Follow-up Inspection Conducted
- Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CRXSU5 for all outstanding violations

Observations:
- Walk-in coolers (X2) at or below 4'C
- Sandwich coolers (X2) along cooking line have been repaired and are measured at or below 4'C (top and bottom). Staff may start storing potentially hazardous foods in these coolers
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -20'C
- Temperature log available and posted on walk-in cooler
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection - reminder to monitor fruit fly population

Reminders:
- Maintain the premise in a sanitary manner by conducting at least weekly deep cleaning (behind and around all cooking equipment) as per approved sanitation plan
- Operator to contact the district health inspector once the larger hot water tank is installed on site
