Routine inspection conducted.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less, hot holding at 60C or above):
- Walk in cooler at 0C
- Prep cooler at 4C
- Cooler for cheese storage at 3C
- Hot holding units with gravy, grilled onions & mushroom noted above 60C.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up-to-date.

Storage:
- 3 compartment prep sink is used for washing and soaking raw potato slices to remove any extra starch prior to frying. Staff stated that the soaked potato slices do not exceed 4 hours at room temperature and cold water in the sinks is changed every 30min.
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Good.
- Proper date/time labels were found on containers. Good.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Hand wash station (x3) were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- 3 compartment sink used for manual warewashing. 200 ppm QUATS recorded in 3rd sink.
- Walk-in cooler was well organized and maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Vents were recently serviced (March 2022).
- Customer self serve area was found clean.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (Exp: October 2025)

In general, the facility is very well maintained.
